I figure if I can get all the Mommy Talk out of the way on the internets it'll leave me to converse like a normal human the rest of the time. Or else I'll just talk about books. Or my new, unexpected gluten-free life thanks to celiac disease.

I'm pretty convinced your boy must be the same as my boy. My 3 year old is so excited about being Buzz Lightyear (WITH WINGS as he lets me know). I'm also pretty excited to see him, but that's another story.
It was such a beautiful night for trick or treating too! Somehow I avoided poaching any of the girls' candy, but that's largely due to them sleeping over at our friends house after and not having it at my house yet.
Did you just pass out candy last night, or did you make some of the rounds too? I'm too scared to let the girls go alone, even though I know that by the time I was 10 I trick or treated solo through my neighborhood. Or parent-free, rather.
Did you get your costume done in time? And what was mr. b? A king with a lawnchair?
We didn't buy Kirk the accessories pack for his cosume, EmH so he used his arms for wings. Which was darn cute. The mister took a video; I'll have to get that up on YouTube.
It really was a gorgeous night, wasn't it lap? I took Auntie Tax candy from my nieces and we still had some leftover because my dad wasn't quite as generous passing it out as we normally are.
That's Dave Gahan of Depeche Mode in the "Enjoy the Silence" video, ana. Kinda obscure, I know.
Ah! I thought of that much later, though I don't remember the scene precisely.
